You will be responsible for sourcing and identifying suitable real estate and real estate-related investment opportunities. You will evaluate and structure real estate deals as well as conduct financial analyses and feasibility studies which entail cashflow analysis and yield projections.

 

Other responsibilities include leading investment due diligence and deal documentation activities as well as coordinating fund raising activities for investments. In addition, you will conduct real estate and financial market research to prepare market reports, competitive benchmarking reports as well as recommendation reports for proposed transactions.

You will be responsible for maintaining full sets of accounting records for companies within portfolio, managing cash flow, quarterly GST returns and monitoring of accounts payable and receivable and ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements and financial accounting regulations. You will be involved in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting with responsibilities for variance analysis and variance reporting. Working closely with the business units, you are required to provide financial reporting and analytical support as well as to identify potential issues that impact the financials.
